We are drawing the things that we think are inside the body.

The Body

We are learning about The Body in Term 3.
We want to know how the body works, and find out how to make our bodies work really well.

It was yummy eating the food that the people from Ancient Rome and Ancient Greece would have eaten.

Hi Room 6!

I hope you all have had a nice semester break and are now back into school again! I just had a long summer break and started up school on Monday the 18th! I had a great first day and am now already into it! Since I had been in school before, in Room 6 it was not such a big change for me - actually I have been waiting for this day!

Please take a look at our family blog, my mom has posted a few photos there to show you what I did on my very first day at school. In Norway, all children turning 6 during this year, starts up at the very same day. So Aug. 18th was a BIG day in Norway for everyone who turned or will turn 6 this year!

Filippa, my sister, started up 5th grade this day and she can now BIKE to school...lucky her! I have to walk for almost 1.5km, but that is ok - it takes about25 minutes! We start up at 8 in the morning and end at 12 or 1 pm depending on what day it is!

Hope all of you are fine - and please say HI to my friends who have moved up to room 5. do they have a blogg as well???

Big hug to all of you from Fideli, Filippa, Felix, Åsa and Truls

We put scales on our fish and we know heaps about them.

Our artwork with Janet de Wagt.

Our artwork with Janet de Wagt.
First we had painted our boxes.

Look at how we made a forest for our kiwi.

We put newspaper on our tables.

Janet helped us to cut out the front of our box.

We put our forest into the box.

Janet stuck the box down with a glue gun.

We put a stick in the box to move the kiwi on.

We stuck the ferns to the front of our boxes.

The stick had to be the right size.

We drew ferns for the forest.

We cut out the ferns to put on the front of our box.

The kiwi was glued onto the stick.

We are proud of our kiwis in their forest.
